On January 4th, 2025, Ilina Pârvu died during the delivery of her 6th child, born prematurely at 7 mo. Ilina, a 35-y/o mother, was hospitalized in critical condition with pneumonia and remained in critical condition which caused her death. Ilina was seven months pregnant. Doctors performed an emergency cesarean section for Ioana, a baby girl of 1,745 grams that survived this tragedy. Ioana was urgently baptized in the hospital.
Ilina leaves behind her husband, Constantin, and six children between the ages of 11 years and two days. There is an urgent need for financial support for Pârvu family. Constantin has to raise the six kids alone. We pledge your compassion and solidarity with the Pârvu family! Together we can show they are not alone through this tragic loss and suffering.
